Shipping and Returns

Delivery

Delivery is to mainland UK only, sorry. Deliveries will take place from Monday-Friday. The standard delivery charge is £9.95, this will accommodate up to 2 cases of bottled beer or minicasks. After this additional charges apply, the basket will automatically calculate the required charge.

For bottles there is a minimum order of 12, or multiples thereof.

The delivery should arrive within 48hrs of placing of the order, providing the order is placed before 11.30 am, and there is availability.

Returns

Quartz Brewing will replace damaged items free of charge providing that all damages have been notified to Quartz Brewing via email (info@quartzbrewing.co.uk) or phone (01543 473965) within 3 working days.

Goods may be returned within 7 days if you are not satisfied with the items for any reason. They must be returned to Quartz Brewing, Archer’s, Alrewas Road, Kings Bromley DE13 7HW with the returns note included in the package and in resaleable condition. All costs associated with return are the responsibility of the customer. If returning direct to the brewery please note the opening hours, Monday, Wednesday & Friday 09:30-16:30 and Saturday 10:00-13:30.
